Bilingual Buds seeks a mix of children from diverse backgrounds who will flourish in a bilingual immersion program. Interested families are encourged to attend an Open House but private tours can also be arranged. Prospective students to the Day program (pre-K - 3rd grade) are required to visit the school as part of the application process.The Day School students (and their parents) would meet with a teacher and the school director and participate in an evaluation after receipt of the application. Assessments of After School students will follow a similar process. Finally, all new students are required to submit teacher recommendation and transcript forms.
Step 1: Attend a 2010-2011 Open House or call to arrange a school tour.
Step 2: Complete application form and submit with non-refundable registration fee $65.00 by February 15, 2010 for the Day School and March 15,2010 for the After School. Enrollment preference will be given to currently enrolled students.
Step 3: All new students must arrange to have teacher recommendation and transcript release forms mailed to the school by February 15, 2010 for Day School and March 15, 2010 for the After School.
Step 4: All new students will be contacted for a playgroup evaluation or assessment.
Step 5: Day school acceptance notifications will be made no later than March 15, 2010. After school evaluations and language assessments will be made on a rolling basis.
Step 6: Parent confirmation of acceptance with deposit due March 31st, 2010.
Step 7: Early payment discount ( offered to Day School students only) for single payment plan deadline is May 1, 2010.
Step 8: First installment of tuition (less deposit) for semi-annual and monthly payment plans due June 1, 2010.
